Even more so, our CBTC Travel Agent helped me plan 4 day trip in a matter of 24 hours. And when I say she got to work, I mean it. All I had to do was give her my idea on what I would like to do and that was it. She knew exactly what needed to be done to meet my expectations. She was also extremely knowledgeable.
