Hi there, I'm Rosario! I am a Star Wars and runDisney nerd. My best friends and I try to run a few races together every year.  Currently living my happily ever after in Texas with my husband and two kids, but try to make it to Disney as much as I can (Annual Passholder). My favorite resort is Port Orleans (both of them) and my favorite park is Epcot. I firmly believe that the ONLY right way to start World Showcase is with Mexico (unless you arrive via skyliner, then France it is!). I am navigating life with Celiac Disease and constantly looking for all the gf finds I can get my hands on, both at Disney and at home. Gluten-free beignets or churros anyone?
